I don’t know about you but I found that 2017 flew by with highs and lows and we have been trust into 2018 with a bang.
Later this week I will post my round-up for last season but as we are already into the 2nd week of 2018 I thought we had better get back into the grind as we focus on the season ahead.
As usual I have tasked coach Blair with getting me ready for a tough year, I plan to race less but want to achieve more so it’s all to play for, I have also changed our coaching strategy from the end of last year and instead of helping advise what sessions we should plan to do I have given Blair complete freedom in my training. The only stipulation is I have a rest day when Mrs C (@TriGirlJo) is at work.

As you can see it’s a busy old week with plenty of double days and thankfully I have my trusty CurraNZ to keep me ticking over. Lets see how the week unfolds!
